ARE WE TRUSTWORTHY?
Proverbs 31:10 says, “Who can find a virtuous wife? For her worth is far beyond rubies.” The Church will only come to that place of worth when it produces that milk to give food to the dying and to the hungry because of what Christ has done in her. “The heart of her husband safely trusts her; so he will have no lack of gain.” (verse 11) Spoil speaks of plunder and stealing. We always think, “trust God”, but what about God trusting us. We don’t often think that way. Can God trust you and I? God spoke about Abraham as a friend that He could trust. Why could God trust him? He trusted him because he would teach his children, and the seed would be passed to the next generation.
If we do not affect the future generation, we have no milk. A church that does not affect the next generation is not trustworthy. The church that takes everything for itself and is just concerned about having a good time will not leave an imprint on the next generation.
When The Church is not trustworthy, God has to plunder hell. Let me explain it on a personal level. I was plundered out of hell. There was no church that taught me what I have become. God snatched me out of the fire. I didn’t know what a prophet or apostle or evangelist was, and my training was limited. Yet, I traveled the nation and risked my life because God plundered hell. I don’t think that it is supposed to be like that. I think God wants to use The Church to bring guidance, but when The Church is set in its way and not ready to move when God speaks, He will plunder hell.
In the early years of my ministry, I traveled around the world as God spoke to me. I did not work under the covering of any church. I don’t remember having any intercessors praying for me on a regular basis as I was in the mission fields of India and other far off places. I was in danger of being killed or raped many times. It was not easy, and it is by God’s grace that I am still here today.
Many times God plundered hell and He saved men who had been in the Mafia or had some amazing testimony of coming out of an existence of hell itself. Many of these testimonies are not around today because The Church used them, but was not there to give them suck. Their lives were never changed to grow from glory to glory, and they spoke of what they were, but not of what Christ is in them. The Church used their names for fame and for gain, but they did not endure the race because they were given no milk to drink.
God is still going to plunder hell, but the ministries will not last if The Church is not able to nourish what God gives and does, not bringing forth people to maturity and in power as it should.
In His Love,
Sigi
