Shipping & Returns
When setting up your member account information with PayPal, you will be requested to enter your shipping address. Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Keep in mind that INTERNATIONAL orders are subject to additional shipping charges. These include remote/rural locations, some locations in the USA such as; Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses.
International Mailing Policy
CDs may be downloaded only. CDs or books will not be mailed internationally without special arrangements prior to the order.
Downloads
Downloaded messages are not subject to any shipping charges. Downloads will be available after PayPal payments only. If you choose to pay with the Check/Money Order option, we will notify you via email when your file is ready for download. Please note that all Downloads expire, for more information on downloads see; Conditions of use.
When will my order be shipped?
Most E-store orders are shipped within 7 business. Due to travel in the mission field, some orders may be delayed. You will receive a personal email if this is the case. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us by e-mail and we will assist you in any way possible.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be sent via the United States Postal Service. USPS shipping is normal business hours (EST), Monday-Friday (no holidays).

Downloads
All downloadable files (messages) are in MP3 format or ZIP for sets. After purchase download messages have an expiration and will need to be saved to your computer and can be played with Windows Media Player or a media player of your choice. As soon as payment with PayPal is completed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent containing a link to download the product. The link is valid for 30 days.
